What is RentTab?
RentTab is online rental-management and utility-settlement software (web + iOS/Android app) for private landlords. It handles meter readings, utility settlement, the deposit, rent, move-in/move-out reports and tenant communication in one place.
Is RentTab a blog or a template library?
No. RentTab is rental-management software. We also run a blog with landlord tips and downloadable templates, but that is supporting content — RentTab itself is the app where you run the whole rental workflow.
Is RentTab a VAT or tax calculator?
No. RentTab is not a tax calculator and does not handle VAT or income-tax returns. Our blog hosts a few free helper tools, but the product is a rental and utility-settlement system; tax is your accountant’s job (you can invite them with a viewer role).
Who is RentTab for and how much does it cost?
