No. Money moves through banking, off-platform — RentTab keeps track of payment status.
Does it handle tax returns?add
Not in phase 1. That is your accountant’s job; you can invite the accountant with a viewer role.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?add
You fall back to the Free plan: all your data stays readable, only new write actions are disabled.
Does the tenant have to pay separately?add
No. RentTab is always free for tenants.
What devices does it work on?add
